Mary Ann Jungwirth, age 77, passed at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 12, 2016. She was born in Oshkosh the daughter of the late Conrad and Mary (Paffenroth) Benner. She graduated from Oshkosh High School. Mary Ann was united in marriage to Edward R. Jungwirth on October 18, 1958 in Oshkosh. Their marriage was blessed with three sons. Mary Ann loved raising her family, cooking and playing cards. She always enjoyed having company over and making sure everyone had enough to eat. In her spare time she would work in her flower garden and put puzzles together.Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband, Ed of 57 years, three sons: Kim (Joan), Keith, and Kevin (Becky) Jungwirth; one granddaughter, Melody, and one sister, Jane A. Kaufmann. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters: Helen M. Kinderman, Alice C. Eichman, Betty J. Loechelt and Lorraine M. Freiberg, two brothers, Leonard and Milton Benner, and one brother-in-law, Jim Jungwirth.Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel, 2786 Algoma Blvd., with Chaplain David Nothem officiating. Friend and family may visit at the Memorial Park from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park. The family would like to thank that staff at Eden Meadows and all the nurses and staff at Heartland Hospice especially, David, Sarah and Christine for all their wonderful care and support that was given to Mary Ann and the family. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
