Matilda Clare Knoll

Matilda C. Tillie Knoll, 86, of Oshkosh died Sunday February 13, 2011 at Evergreen Retirement Community-Creekview. She was born October 16, 1924 in Pittsburgh, PA a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Hentz. Tillie married Robert H. Knoll on February 2, 1946 in Oshkosh and he preceded her in death on October 18, 1994. Her survivors include a daughter Mary Jo Rasmussen; two sons Stan (Deb) Knoll and Mark (Mary) Knoll; a sister Mary Catherine Hentz; a brother Louis Hentz; five grandchildren, Bobby Knoll, Kim (Chris) Folske, Kristina Knoll, Renee Rasmussen, and Matthew Rasmussen; and two great-grandchildren Cailyn Knoll and Peyton Folske. She was preceded in death by three sisters Magdalene, Lois, and Carol; three brothers Joseph Ray, Francis, and William; and a granddaughter-in-law Jenny Knoll. Per Tillies wishes a private service is being held with inurnment in Lake View Memorial Park. Tillies family would like to thank the staffs at Evergreen Retirement Community-Creekview and Heartland Hospice for all the care and help given.
