Meredith Anne Jape

Meredith Mary A. (Rothe) Jape, 33, died at her residence. She was born October 25, 1974 in Oshkosh the daughter of Arline and Carla Koehn Rothe.She is survived by her father Arlin(Paula) Rothe of Oshkosh, three daughters Samantha, Brittney, Allyson, two brothers Michael of Baraboo, Matthew(Melissa) of Oshkosh, her grandmother Ione Rothe of Oshkosh, her grandfather Carl Koehn of Milwaukee, two nieces and one nephew.She was preceded in death by her mother, maternal grandmother Lenora Koehn, paternal grandfather Merle Rothe.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 18, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside with Rev. Randall King officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Park.
