Mildred D. Lloyd, 96, of Oshkosh, passed away on November 26, 2015, at Waterford Assisted Living. She was born on March 24, 1919, in the Town of Rushford, daughter of the late Charlie and Kathryne (Biederman) Lee. She graduated from Omro High School. Mildred was united in marriage to Thomas C. Lloyd on August 30, 1941 at the family farm. Their marriage was blessed with five children. Mildred worked part time in the cafeteria at Longfellow and during WW II she worked at the Hudson. Mildred was a life-long member St. John Lutheran church and was active in Marthas Circle and the quilters group. She always enjoyed crafting and would donate many items to different charities. For 50 years Mildred was part a Sheephead card club with Janice, Betty and Doris. She was well known for her wonderful pie baking.Mildred is survived by her sons, Thomas of Oshkosh, Gary of Oshkosh, Douglas of Houston, TX and David Lloyd of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter, Allison (Andy) Oswald of Pennsylvania; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.Mildred is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas and daughter, Marilyn Lloyd and daughter-in-law, Nancy Lloyd.Funeral services for Mildred will be at 11:30 am on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Eastside, 402 Waugoo Ave, with Pastor Jennifer Czarnota officiating. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 10:00 until the time of service. Family interment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park.The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice for their wonderful care and comfort given to Mom. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
