Milo D. Miller, age 82, passed away on March 16, 2015 at Aurora Medical Center. He was born on December 21, 1932 in Oshkosh, WI to Clarence and Viola (Bearwald) Miller. He married Patricia Eulrich on October 22, 1955 in Oshkosh.Milo obtained his Masters Degree in teaching and worked his 34 year career as a teacher and principal at the Eureka, Boyd, Lakeside, and Green Meadow school districts. He was a long time member of First English Lutheran Church and member of the Oshkosh Elks Club for over 40 years. During his years as an Elk member he was named a Ruler of the Elks.Milo is survived by his wife, Patricia; sons, Scott (Mary) Miller and Bruce Miller; sister, Marles (Jerry) Christoph; grandsons, Jeremiah (Maggie) and Joshua Miller; and great grandchildren, John David, Julia, Jameson, and Jorgia Rae Miller.He was preceded in death by his parents.A funeral service for Milo will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2015 at First English Lutheran Church (1013 Minnesota St.) with Rev. Tim Greenwald and Rev. Martin Rugge officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday night at church from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with an Elks Service at 7:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Ellenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church or to Elks Lodge 292.
