Natalie C. Alexander

Natalie Alexander, 76, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2023 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born to the late George and Virginia Cue on September 14, 1946 in Utah and was raised in Evanston, Wyoming. Her notable younger-year highlights included being a baton twirler, a Job’s Daughter, and the EHS prom queen. The majority of Natalie’s career was in the dental health profession: chairside dental assistant, dental office manager, and later, after earning her Associate’s Degree, dental hygienist. She married her second husband, Lynn Resop, on May 15, 2009. They owned a beautiful home on a wooded lot and enjoyed the various birds that routinely visited. Favorites were the great horned owl and Cooper’s hawk which annually nested on the property.

Natalie had several hobbies. She was a voracious reader. A lover of dogs, she particularly was fond of Great Danes. She enjoyed showing and raising these gentle giants. In addition, Natalie loved gardening. She was especially fond of peonies, hydrangeas, and dahlias.

Natalie is survived by her husband Lynn Resop and her three devoted daughters and their spouses: Stefanie Alexander and Brendan Wilson; Joanna and Randy All; and Angela and Gene Baldonado; as well as her three precious grandchildren: Jacob Amundson, Benjamin Baldonado, and Natalie Baldonado. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Richard Alexander.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home on Waugoo Avenue in Oshkosh. The visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 p.m. with a short service beginning at 3:00.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
