Norman Hal Edwin Zuehlke

Norman H. Zuehlke, 78, of Oshkosh died Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Bridgewood Nursing Home. He was born January 20, 1936, in Oshkosh a son of Harry and Mildred (Hart) Zuehlke. He married Mary Angle on December 27, 1958 at Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Ripon.Norman owned Norms Citgo for several years and finished his career at Bergstrom Motors. He served in the U. S. Army. He enjoyed car racing and was on several pit crews for local racers. He also enjoyed spending time tinkering in his garage. He was known for telling jokes and playing tricks on people. His most enjoyment came from spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.Norman is survived by his wife, Mary of Oshkosh; a daughter, Pam (Jerry) Padilla of Oshkosh; two sons, Craig Zuehlke of Oshkosh and Keith (Julie) Zuehlke of Sussex, WI; a sister, Carol Wonser of Rhinelander; and two grandchildren, Austin Padilla and Alexis Zuehlke. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Yvonne Zuehlke; and three brothers, Harry, Ray, and Marvin Zuehlke.A funeral service for Norman is being held Friday, July 11th , 2014, at 5:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, Rev. Ritchie Cole officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park at 10:10 a.m. on Saturday July 12th, 2014. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.Normans family would like to thank the staff at Aurora Medical Center and Bridgewood Nursing Home for all their help and care.
