Patricia Ann Edwardsen

Patricia A. Edwardsen, 82, Oshkosh, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018, at Aurora Medical Center. Pat was born September 18, 1935, in Milwaukee, the daughter of George and Genevieve (Lukomski) Chirpka. She married Herbert Edwardsen May 1, 1961, in Waukegan, IL, and together they shared 56 years of marriage. Pat formerly enjoyed bowling, and playing a round of golf or two. It was a fun time on the green with her Herb. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Oshkosh.

Pat is survived by her husband, Herb; a brother, Dick (Bonnie) Chirpka; a brother-in-law, Ervin “Whitey” (Ruth) Edwardsen; sisters-in-law: Lorraine “Laurie” Peach and Charlotte Gerloski; two special godchildren: Robert Steffan and Steven Chirpka; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother-in-law, Richard Edwardsen, and a sister-in-law, Audrey (Richard) Steffan.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018, at the Lake View Memorial Park Chapel, 2786 Algoma Blvd, Oshkosh, with Rev. Greg Koepsell officiating. Inurnment will follow. Visitation will be at the chapel from 10:30 a.m. Friday until the time of the service.
