Patrick L. Guarino

God took a gentle giant from us on 11-24-17. Patrick Guarino was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Patrick took great pride in his family and loved watching his grandchildren laugh and play. Patrick spent his career working in various positions in the Boys & Girls Club organization, and had a passion for making the lives of children in his community a little happier and safer.

For Patrick, baseball had a special place in his heart. He loved talking baseball, and loved watching his grandchildren play. He was a patient baseball fan waiting 52 years for his beloved Astros to win the title. Go Astros!

Patrick is survived by his wife, Bonita, his daughters, Rachel Metoxen (Matt) and Becky Jahnke (Jeff), and his grandchildren Jeremiah, Libby, Reagan, and Ryan.

To honor Patrick’s final wishes, no services will be held. Anyone wishing to honor his life, please make a donation to your local Boys & Girls Club.
