Phyllis Jorgensen

Phyllis Jorgensen, 84, of Oshkosh died Friday September 7, 2012, at Bethel Home. She was born May 6, 1928 in Virginia a daughter of the late Oregon and Dora Rorrer. She married Kermit Jorgensen and he preceded her in death on September 16, 1995. Phyllis worked at Miles Kimball Co. for many years. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church and enjoyed playing bingo and gambling. Phyllis is survived by three daughters, Carol Kromm, Joan (Jerry) Neubauer, and Joyce Slusser; two sons, Eddie (Susan) Reed and Donald (Nora) Reed; a sister, Hazel Nolan; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son William Bucky Reed, a sister, and two brothers. A funeral service for Phyllis will be held Tuesday September 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, Rev. Kelly Leary officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. Phyllis family would like to thank the staff at Bethel Home for all their care and help.
