Randy M. McGonigle, 49, of Oshkosh, died on Sunday, August 27, 2006 at his home. Randy was born on April 16, 1957 in Abilene, Texas a son of Ronald and Nedra Anderson McGonigle.Randy was a member of Community Church in Oshkosh and had been employed by Lakeside Packaging Plus.Survivors include his parents, Ronald (Nedra) of Oshkosh; two brothers, Ron (Florence) McGonigle of Dumfries, VA, his twin, Rick (Diane) McGonigle of Winona, MN; one sister, Cheryl (Paul) Malmquist of Ripon; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Randy was preceded in death by one sister, Cynthia Ann McGonigle.Funeral services for Randy will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at Community Church (2351 Ryf Road ? Oshkosh) with the Rev. Wyatt Fisher officiating. Family and friends may call at the church from 12:00 Noon until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Jory Ayer, Daniel McGonigle, Louis M. Kaquatosh, Bear J.M. Kaquatosh, Tom Higgings and Larry Paulson. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. Memorials to the Alzheimers Association ((Greater Wisconsin Chapter) 2900 Curry Lane Suite A, Green Bay, WI 54311).Randys family would like to send special thanks to the all the staff that has passed through his life; the staff at Sheldon House , Linda Kaquatosh, Larry Paulson, Trista K. Davis, Jayme Higgins, Sharon Lawson, Jessica Wilson, Cindy Paulson, Bear J.M. Kaquatosh and Suzanne Kakuatosh, the Maricopa Staff, Dori Lee, Lisa Numen Murray, Faith Pietenbohl, Tammy Veermeersch, Craig Teela, Chris Stueck and Deb Lions; the staff at Lakeside Packaging who helped care for him; his case managers, Pam Thorp, Linda Carter and Angie Johnson who always fought for what he needed; Alzheimers Association Director, Becky Reichelt and Nurses Donna and Patsy of Affinity VNA for the love and care they gave to Randy and his family during this time in his life. Randys family would also like to recognize his past roommates, Roxanne, Jammie, Cathy, Mia, Geri, Bobby, Patrick, John, Bill, Willam and Beth. God made me special when I came to be.I helped people come to understand people with needs like me.I think that was my legacy.Letting people know I was just like them with what god gave to me.Please dont be sad while I am gone.For when we meet again Ill not only speakIll welcome you with a song.
