Raymond B. Rewalt

Raymond B. Rewalt, age 92, of Oshkosh WI, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Evergreen Retirement Community.

Raymond was born on June 16, 1933 in Antigo, WI to the late Raymond A Rewalt and Elsie (Augestad) Rewalt. The family moved to Oshkosh in 1942. He graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1952. He then entered the US Navy Reserves.

He then went to work for Public Service in Green Bay. It was there he met his Ann Reimer. The two were married in 1955. A few years later he received his certification as a Public Accountant (CPA).

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ann; brother, Gary Rewalt; and partner Jean Heinz.

He is survived by his son, Robert C. Rewalt (wife Debra) of Appleton WI; his daughter, Sue Okenyi (nee Rewalt) and her husband Samuel Okenyi Sr. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Travis Rewalt, Kyle Rewalt, Samuel Okenyi Jr, Christopher Okenyi Sr, Jordan Okenyi and Elizabeth Okenyi; six great grandchildren, Tilaiah, Madison, Samuel III, Autumn, Christopher Jr (JJ) and Oloza.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 11:00am at the Konrad-Belman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh WI. A visitation prior to the service will start at 10:00am.

Interment will be held at St. Edward's and Isidore Cemetery in Flintville, WI, on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 11:00am. Refreshments will be served after each service.
