Rhonda Renee Norris

Rhonda R. Norris, age 51, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born in Lakeland, FL on February 19, 1971, to Rodney Rawls and Deborah (Jared) Young.

Rhonda loved being a mom and aunt. She was known for being a social butterfly and was always willing to help others. Rhonda’s smile could light up a room. She enjoyed her work in the IT field. Some of her hobbies included biking, running, and spending time with friends and family.

Rhonda is survived by her son, Oliver Norris; daughter, Zoey Norris; mother, Deborah Young; siblings: Devon (Anthony) Lor, Rodney Rawls; nephews: Sullivan and Fletcher Lor; grandmother, Phyllis Rawls; cats, Samantha Jones and Karen Johnson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Rodney Rawls; stepfather, Gerald Aggen; grandparents: Joe Rawls and Ray and Margaret Jared.

A celebration of Rhonda’s life will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, November 11, 2022, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until the time of service.
