Richard J. Harvot, Bocka to those who loved him, passed away on November 16, 2015. Richard was born on November 26, 1929 to the late George and Helen (Jake) Harvot in Iselin, Pennsylvania. Richard married the love of his life, Caryl Kriegel, on September 3, 1955. She preceded him in death on April 4, 2009. Richard was a welder for the Leach Company for 41 years and only missed one day of work when his granddaughter asked him to call off because of a snowstorm. Richard loved to spoil his grandchildren and always enjoyed the family get-togethers for the holidays, sporting event or one of his famous spaghetti dinners. He was an avid sports fan and always cheered for his Packers and Brewers, never missing a game. The football season was always highlighted by the Monday/Thursday game side bet with his grandson. Bocka followed all of the grandchildrens sporting interests, be it gymnastics, baseball, football or martial arts.Richard is survived by his three sons, Kevin (Linda) Harvot, Craig (Paula) Harvot, Scott (Colleen) Harvot all of Oshkosh; two daughters, Kelly (Special friend Karen Bounds) Harvot of Fond du Lac, Wendy (Gordy) Al-Msaibeeh LeDoiyt of Oshkosh; sister, Stella Galbert of New York; six grandchildren: Jameela Al-Msaibeeh, Laith Al-Msaibeeh, Michael Harvot, Ryan Harvot all of Oshkosh, Eric King of Omro, Griffin LeDioyt of Oshkosh; Bockas two little angels Lily and Ivy LeDioyt and family friend, Fran Scheibinger.Richard is preceded in death by his brothers: Frank, John and James Harvot; sisters: Helen Ryan, Frances Graziano, Dolores Lupyan, Jeanne Dugaleski and Ann Krueger.Services for Richard will be at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2015 at the Konrad-Behlman Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive; Deacon Sandy Muinde will be officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until the time of service. Interment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park.Richards family would like give a special thank you to the staff of the St. Lukes Hospital ICCU unit in Milwaukee and to his Personal Dracula Coumadin nurse Jeanne Brock.A memorial has been established
