Richard Ruben Stark

Richard R. Stark, 71, of Oshkosh died on Sunday, October 30, 2005 at North Point Medical and Rehabilitation. He was born June 10, 1934 in Mosinee, WI the son of Frederick and Elsie Crotteau Stark. He married Gloria Hicks on May 17, 1958 in Oshkosh.Richard was a Wisconsin National Guard member for twenty-four years attaining the rank of Sergeant. He retired from Mercury Marine after forty-two years and was active in Cub Scouts, was a Scout Master, and had been an usher at St. Johns Ev. Lutheran Church.Survivors include his wife, Gloria; one son, Steven (Tammy); one daughter, Julie (Mark) Beecher; one brother, Robert (Karen) Stark; two sisters, Mary (Dennis) Berger, Cindy (Terry) Jischke; five grandchildren, Steve, Justin and Nathan Stark, Corey and Andrea Beecher; three sisters-in-law, Barb, June and Shirley; special friends Bud and Roger and many nieces and nephews.Richard was preceded in death by his parents; step mother, Agnes; one brother, Don; one sister, Priscilla; father-in-law, Merle; mother-in-law, Laurie; one sister-in-law, Marilyn and four brothers-in-law, Bob, Wes, Jerry and Steve.The funeral service will be on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel. Family and friends may call at the Chapel on Saturday from 10:00 AM to the time of service. Inurnment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
