Robert Frank Kellerman

Born May 4, 1945, Bob found peace on Sunday, May 22, 2016. Beloved husband of Jane for 47 years. Much-loved father of John (Amy) and Lisa (Chad Nigl), and grandfather to Ally and Jake Kellerman, and Grace and Claire Nigl. He is also survived by his sister Marilyn (John Ebert), sister-in-law Pat (Jim Danielson), brother-in-law David Barbeau (Sharon), sister-in-law Marianne (Tom Haag), and brother-in-law Tom Barbeau (Jean), as well as many dear nieces, nephews and cousins. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Margaret Kellerman, sister and brother-in-law Marjorie and Paul Kriedeman, father and mother-in-law Robert and Virginia Barbeau, and brother-in-law Darryl Brixius.Bob is an alumnus of Green Bay East High School and he graduated from Lakeland College in 1968, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Bob also earned a Masters of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Bob started his over 30-year career as an educator at Grafton High School where he spent 9 years as a teacher before relocating to Oshkosh North High School in 1976, serving as an Assistant Principal for 2 years and the schools Principal for another 22 years. Upon his retirement, Bob enjoyed golfing, fishing, traveling with Jane, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. His most cherished times were those spent with Jane and his family. His kindness and generosity will live on in the hearts of the family and friends who loved him. Bobs family is grateful to the staffs of Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, and Unity Hospice in DePere for providing care and comfort to Bob.Bobs family will receive visitors on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 9:30AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2580 West 9th Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54904. A memorial service will follow at 11:00AM.A memorial has been established.
