Robert Gustav Reinke

Robert G. Reinke Sr. 74, of Oshkosh, died on Friday September 23, 2005 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. He was born in Oshkosh on September 27, 1930, a son of Gustav and Elsie (Kussman) Reinke. Bob married Lucile Mortenson on October 15, 1955 at our Saviors Lutheran Church in Neenah. Lucile preceded him in death on Oct. 19, 2003.Bob owned and operated G. Reinke Monument Co. for many years. He served his country in the Navy. Bob was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, and a member of the Cook Fuller Post 70, American Legion. Bob was a member of the South Side Businessmens Club, T.P.A.; and the Oshkosh Chapter of Walleyes For Tomorrow. Bob enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and was an avid Packer fan. Survivors include two sons, Robert (Alice) Reinke Jr., of Oshkosh; Donald Reinke MD, of St. Louis, MO; one daughter, Karen (Timothy) Pinnow, of Columbus, IN; seven grandchildren, Kristen and Brian Reinke, Daniel, Jeffrey, Andrew, Matthew, and Mark Pinnow; and his dog Honey.Funeral services will be held at Peace Lutheran Church on Monday, September 26, 2005 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Ralph Hanusa officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Monday, from 10:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery with Military Honors. A memorial has been established.
