Robert J. Jorgenson, 59, of Oshkosh, died on November 1, 2015 at his residence. He was born on July 20, 1956 a son of Donald and Beatice (Peterson) Jorgenson. Robert graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He worked as a caregiver for Home Instead Health Care, a property manager and truck driver. He was a Packer fan, Badger fan and enjoyed playing basketball and tennis. One of Roberts biggest joys was his son Eric. He was a favorite uncle and enjoyed cooking.Robert is survived by his son, Eric; mother, Beatrice; brother, Jeff (Ingrid) Jorgenson; sister, Stephanie (Patrick) Cartwright; nephews, John Cartwright, David Brier, Christopher Wilson and Joseph Wilson; nieces, Emily Cartwright, Jessica Jorgenson, Lisa Brady and Daniele Brier; step nieces, Sonya and Heidi Robinson; great nieces and nephews, Kinsley Cartwright, Amaya Brady, Noah Brady, Nathaniel Brady, Conner Brier and Mason Brier; step great nieces, Mia, Kyra, McKenna and Marya Robinson; his friend and former wife, Suzette Jorgenson; mother-in-law, Rita Wilson; brother-in-law, Michael (Sharon) Wilson; sister-in-law, Debbie Wilson.Robert was preceded in death by his father, Donald; a special Aunt Mag, whom he spent many summers with and his former father-in-law, Jack Wilson.Memorial services for Robert will be at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at Calvary Lutheran Church, with Rev. Timothy Routh officiating. Visitation for Robert will be from 3:00 pm until time of service.A memorial has been established.
