Robert P Zimmerman

Robert P. Zimmerman Sr., 66, of Omro, died Tuesday January 10, 2006 at his residence. He was born November 25, 1939 in Oshkosh, a son of Henry and Mildred (Rasmussen) Zimmerman. Robert married Judith Dunn on May 5, 1962 in Oshkosh.Robert retired from the Menasha Corporation. He and Judith attended Grace Ev. Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. He was an avid bowler at T&O Lanes; he enjoyed camping, hunting, watching baseball; especially the Brewers and playing horseshoes. He is survived by his wife, Judith; son, Robert Jr. (Elizabeth) of Oshkosh; daughter, Karen (Jeff) Bond of West Bend; a sister, Lorraine Zimmerman of Oshkosh; four grandchildren, Crystal Zimmerman, Alison Zimmerman, Bradley Bond and Danielle Bond; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Zimmerman Jr. and two sisters, Loretta Heineman, and Dorothy Zimmerman. Funeral service for Robert will be held on Friday, January 13, 2006 at 1:00 pm at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-eastside, with Rev. Gregg Schoeneck officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 am until the hour of service. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Park.
