Roger O. Schultz, age 71, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Park View Health Center. He was born on December 8, 1944 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; the son of the late Orville and Faye (Hanson) Schultz. He graduated from Neenah High School in 1963 and furthered his education at UW-Oshkosh. Roger proudly served our country in the Navy from 1967 until 1971. Roger was a maintenance electrician at Oshkosh Truck for over 35 years retiring in 2008. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, skiing and golfing. He enjoyed music, dancing, singing and playing the guitar. Roger lived in Winneconne for over 30 years and took pride in everything he did. He was a humble, genuine, a gentle soul with an engaging smile.Roger is survived by his love and best friend of 20 years, Judy Pechman, two sons: Ben (Rhonda) Schultz of Gillett and Andy Schultz of Fremont; four grandchildren: Jackson, Brianna, Willow and Mick one great-grandson, Roman; one Brother, Alan (Linda) Schultz and their daughters: April and Laura. He is further survived by numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive. Friends and family may visit the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of service.The family would like to give a special thank you to everyone at Sterling House and Parkview for all their wonderful care that was given to Roger. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
