Ronald T. Tomasko

Ronald “Ron” T. Tomasko, age 66 of Oshkosh, passed away at Evergreen Retirement Community on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was born in Oshkosh on November 7, 1956.

Ron served in the Army and the National Guard for a total of 25 years. He retired after being employed for over 20 years with the United Mailing Services. Ron always looked forward to trips to Vegas, playing on the slot machines, bowling, and golfing.

Ron was a kind person to everyone he met. For several years he grew his hair for locks of love, for Thanksgiving he would donate a turkey to the homeless shelter, he would be there for anyone in need without question, he will be missed by family and friends.

Ron is survived by his siblings: Daniel (Anita) Tomasko, Pauline (Tom) Hughes, Cathleen Tomasko and Tony (Lisa) Tomasko; nephews: Matt, Jared (Kassidy) and Madison; great niece: Alyssa.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Edith (Pratt) Tomasko; sisters, Doreen and Jeanine Tomasko.

A visitation for Ron will be held on , February 24, 2023 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A private inurnment at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King will be held Monday.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center at Aurora in Oshkosh, the staff at Aurora at Home Hospice Care, and the staff at Evergreen- Creekview North Household 2 for their loving and compassionate care during Ron’s time with them.
