Rylan M. Puckett

Rylan Michael Puckett was born June 8, 2008, in Kenosha, WI passed away at home on March 28, 2024. Loved son of Keith M. Puckett and Jennifer N Munns, both of Omro, WI. Rylan’s mom, Jeni, passed away on Dec 2, 2023, and Rylan was devastated by her death as was the rest of the family and her friends. 

Rylan was a student of North High School in Oshkosh, WI. He was loved by so many students and staff throughout his school years in Oshkosh.

He was an avid lover of sports, especially football and the Green Bay Packers. On Oct 16, 2016, he was granted his Make-a-Wish by attending a Packer game and meeting Aaron Rodgers and other members of the team. 

Rylan was a loving, mischievous and humorous child that gave others laughs and lifted their spirits. 

Rylan is survived by his father, Keith Puckett; sisters: Madysen Puckett and Brianna Puckett; brother, Brayden Puckett all of Omro; grandparents, Dennis and Karen (Welk) Puckett of Wautoma, WI; grandmother, Dawn Foreman (Carl) of Omro, WI: grandfather, Richard Munns; step-grandmother, Karen Munns (Andersen) of Racine, WI; great-grandparents of Oshkosh and Kenosha; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends that will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death his mother, Jeni Munns and step-grandfather, Jeff Foreman.

The family would like to thank all the wonderful people that helped and watched Rylan throughout his life, especially Sabrina.

A celebration of life will be held on April 28, 2024, at Omro Town Hall, 4205 Rivermoor Rd, Omro, WI 54963 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
