Sadie Bertha Luebke

Sadie B. Luebke, 96, of Oshkosh, died at her daughters home on Wednesday, April 22, 2009. She was born on September 11, 1912 a daughter of Albert and Ida Baerwald. On October 1, 1932 she married Richard A. Luebke. He preceded her in death on June 26, 1993.Sadie was a member of First English Lutheran Church; she enjoyed gardening, crocheting and making blueberry pie.Survivors include a son, Orville (Carol) Luebke of Oshkosh; two daughters, Nancy (David) Wolf of Oshkosh, Judith (Roger) Ehlke of Fall River; six grandchildren, Wendy (Mike) Ristow of Porter, ME, Shelly (Loren) Thompson of Madison, Todd Wolf of Oshkosh, Carrie Luebke of Oshkosh, Angie (Peter) Kelm of Cedarburg, Jon Ehlke of Fall River; three great grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb and Chloe Kelm of Cedarburg; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sadie was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth and ten brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at First English Lutheran Church (1013 Minnesota Oshkosh) at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev. Martin Ruge officiating. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to the service time. Interment will be at Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials in Sadies name may be made to the Affinity Visiting Nurses (816 W Winneconne Ave, Neenah, 54956).The family would like to send special thanks to Pat and the Affinity Visiting Nurses; and Sadies Angels; Lisa, Angie, Dianne, Debbie, Sherry and Mary.
