Sharon Louise Fisher

Sharon L. Fisher, 46, of Oshkosh, passed away at her home on Monday, October 16, 2006 with her family by her side after a 10 year battle with cancer. Sharon was born on March 1, 1960 in Oshkosh a daughter of William and Irene (Allers) Mathias Jr. She married Jesse Fisher on July 18, 1981 in Oshkosh.Sharon was a graduate of Lourdes High School, was an X-Ray Technician at Occupational Health of Oshkosh and was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church. She loved gardening, camping and spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include her husband of Jesse; her mother, Irene Mathias; her son, Zachary Fisher; three brothers, Jim Mathias, Bob (Kathy) Mathias, Rick Mathias; her sister, Kathy (David) Ziehm and her grandson, Benjamin Fisher. Sharon was preceded in death by her daughter Alyssa; her father William Jr.; her grandparents, Arthur and Edna Allers and a nephew Billy Mathias.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 20, 2006 at St. Raphael Catholic Church (830 S Westhaven Drive) at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Doug LeCaptain officiating. Family and friends may call at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home – Westside on Thursday, October 19, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again at church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to the mass time. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Angel of Hope Statue Fund in Sharons name may be mailed to TCF of Oshkosh (PO Box 1204 Oshkosh WI 54903-1204) or the Fox Valley Savings Bank (1700 W 20th Ave Oshkosh WI 54902).
