Stephen A. West

Stephen 'Dallas' West, 64, of Oshkosh, passed away on December 26 of injuries sustained in an accidental fire at his home. Dallas was born on December 22, 1950 in Dallas, TX, son of Milton and Margaret (Fox) West. Dallas married Kandi Bice on September 14, 1985 in Ripon, WI. He was in sales and advertising. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Dallas and Kandi resided in TX, Pickett and Oshkosh. Dallas will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Kandi; son, Justin and daughter, Kristin; brother, Mark (Mary); grandchildren, Jayden, Jacob, Mackenzie, and Presley. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends. Visitation will commence at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 9, 2015, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside location, 100 Lake Point Drive, Oshkosh. A memorial service at 2:30 pm will follow.
