Steven Duane Richter

Steven D. Richter, 56, of Oshkosh, died at his home on Sunday, November 9, 2008. Steven was born on August 14, 1952 in Rantoul, IL the son of Duane and Joyce Dehn Richter. Steven was a member of His Church Outreach Center and was an avid amateur radio enthusiast. He enjoyed gardening and loved his nieces and nephews as if they were his own children.Steven was survived by his mother, Joyce (Art) Newell; father, Duane Richter; sisters, Gail Sirek, Roxann (Larry) Delfosse; one brother, Brian (Denise) Richter; five nephews; five nieces; and his best friends Thomas (Holly) Behn and Jim Demler.A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 5:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Westside) with the Rev. Gavin Rolston officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 PM to the time of service. A memorial has been established. There will be an additional memorial service at HIS Church in Oshkosh on Friday November 14, 2008 at 3:30 PM.
