Steven Mark Bjorge

Steven M. Bjorge, 57, of Omro, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ January 15, 2015, with his family by his side. He was born on August 5, 1957, son of the late Albert and Minerva(Haugen) Bjorge. Steve married Christine Rohe on September 30, 1978.Steve was an upholsterer for the Buckstaff Company for over 30 years, until they closed. He enjoyed gardening and was a faithful member of Wyldewood Baptist Church and their choir for over 30 years. There was nothing Steve enjoyed more than spending time with his grandchildren. Steve loved the Lord with all his heart, always treating his wife with the most gentle kindness and sensitivity.Steve will continue to be loved and cherished by his wife, Christine; his four children, Dawn(Garrett) Graf, Isaac Bjorge, Emily(David) Sawall and Alyssa(Dan) Espersen; 8 grandchildren, Ariel, Marcus, Micah, Jacy, Maiya, Josiah, Tristan, Julianna and #9 on the way; brothers, Argele, Doug, Kenny and Jeff(Johnna) Bjorge; sisters, Eleanor(Roger) Johnson, Jan(Ray) Hale and Elisabeth Bjorge. Plus numerous nieces and nephews.Steve was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Ann Erickson and Kathy Bjorge.Funeral services for Steve will be at noon on Monday, January 19, 2015, at Wyldewood Baptist Church, with Rev. Randall King officiating. Friends and family may visit at the church from 10:00 am until time of service. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh.The family of Steve would like to thank the staff at Mercy Medical Center ICU and Wyldewood Baptist Church friends for their care and support.
