Susan Helen Wenzel

Susan H. Wenzel, 68, of Oshkosh, died Monday September 8, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born April 18, 1940 in Oshkosh a daughter of Norman and Mabel Strey Wenzel.She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, and was a graduated from Oshkosh High School Class of 1958. She worked at work adjustment and enjoyed writing poetry, singing and spending time with her family.She is survived by four brothers Richard(Jane) Wenzel of Oshkosh, Ronald(Eunice) Wenzel of North Aurora, IL., Douglas(Karen) Wenzel of Oshkosh, William(Bonnie) Wenzel of Appleton, one sister Marion(Tom) Daley of Manitowoc, one brother-in-law Loren Kenefick of Riverside, CA., and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Carol.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 16, 2008 at 11:30 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside with Rev. Eric Quinney-Burnard officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.A memorial has been established.Susans family would like to thank the staffs of Park View Health Center and Mercy Medical Center for all their loving care given to Sue and to Chaplain DeWitt for his kind words.
