Suzanne Bartizal

Suzanne Bartizal, 92, of Oshkosh, died Tuesday January 31, 2006 at Garden Terrace. She was born April 10, 1913 in Chicago a daughter of Andrew and Zuzanna Stevonka Janovic. She married Fred J. Bartizal on January 22, 1936 in Chicago. He preceded her in death in May of 1993.She is survived by one son Dr. Fred ( Susan) Bartizal of Neenah, one daughter Janice(Gary) Small of Vermillion, S.D. five grandchildren Kathleen(John) Bray, Jennifer(Tim) Young, Kate Bartizal, Frederick Bartizal, Peter Bartizal; three great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Agnes Snorek of Illinois, Mildred Janovic of Oshkosh, several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by one brother, John Janovic; two sisters Margaret Vyhnanek and Mildred Slamar.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at Queen of Heaven Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial to Evergreen Care Assurance Fund, (1130 N. Westfield St, Oshkosh, WI 54902) has been established.The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Garden Terrace for their care and compassion given to their mother.
