Suzanne Carol Ludwig

Suzanne Carol Sue Ludwig, 73, Oshkosh, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016. Sue was born May 22, 1943, in Oshkosh, the daughter of Walter and Cecilia (Montabon) Hintze. She married Richard Ludwig February 16, 1963, at First English Lutheran Church, Oshkosh. Richard preceded Sue in death on December 2, 2005. Sue worked in banking for 43 years retiring from U.S. Bank. She served as treasurer for Friends of the Oshkosh Senior Center, and the Oshkosh Flyers Football Club, where she was their biggest cheerleader. Sue was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Oshkosh.Sue is survived by her children: Renee (Thomas) Bell, Richard III Rick (Sarah), and Jason; grandchildren: Heather (Kurt Hacker), Sarah, Crystal, Mason, Richard IV Ricky, and Ryan; great grandson, Jordy Patrick; siblings: Eileen Bronson, Neil Hintze, Joanne Schlichting, Dennis Hintze, and Judy (James) Wollangk; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Carol Hintze, Mary Ila Hintze, Phyllis (James) Rasmussen, and David (Judy) Ludwig; many nieces and nephews; the Bowling and Church Ladies.She was also preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Eugene (Joyce) Hintze, Milton Hintze, Gerald Hintze, Ruth Hintze, Keith (Carol) Hintze, Gabe Schlichting, and Glorianne Hintze Mattison; mother- and father-in-law, Ruth and Richard Ludwig.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2016, at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, with Rev. Timothy W. Routh officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. Sunday until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
