Terry M. Tesch, age 62, passed away on Friday August 18, 2017 after losing his battle with cancer.
He was born in Oshkosh on July 8, 1955 to the late Clarence (Pansy) and Sally Tesch. Terry graduated from Oshkosh West High in 1972. Terry married Carie Lindemann on July 8, 2016.
Terry’s love of baseball, took him on to college to play for the Titans, and for years to follow, he played for many local teams in Oshkosh. He was inducted into the Oshkosh Softball Hall of Fame, in September 2007.
Most of Terry’s career was working as a self- employed Painter. Terry’s legacy will be his meticulous craftsmanship, which will remain in many homes for years to come. His passion for beauty then traveled to the outdoors where he has created many beautiful decks, and outdoor patios, surrounded by beautiful flower gardens.
Terry will also be remembered for the exceptional cook that he was. He found joy in cooking many dishes for friends and family and especially the nurses that cared for him at Aurora’s Cancer Center.
Survivors include his wife, Carie; siblings, Timm (Jennifer) Tesch, Lonni (Thomas) Spanbauer, Lori (Jeffrey) Schettle; 3 daughters, Elizabeth, Jamie, Jenna; 2 step-children, Loren and Madison; and Nieces and Nephews, Maggie (Matt), Ross (Melissa), Brennan (Kalynn), and Jared (Kristin).
Visitation will be held on Saturday August 26, 2017 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home Westside. Bring your baseball hats and reminisce of the good ole days.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
