Virginia Violet Neubauer

Virginia V. Neubauer, age 85, of Oshkosh, passed away at Aurora Medical Center on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. She was born on September 15, 1926 in Juneau, WI, a daughter of the late Arnold and Violet Schwantes Schroeder. Virginia had worked with her husband on the family farm and had seasonal jobs at Miles Kimball Co. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. Virginia enjoyed the Christmas Holiday, decorating the tree and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed playing cards and bingo with friends. Survivors include two sons, Roger (Shelia) Neubauer of Pickett, Bruce Neubauer of Oshkosh; one daughter, Kim (Lorin) Steevens of Oshkosh; one sister, Delores (Robert) Sayler of Omro; three grandchildren, Kyle (Amanda) Neubauer of Fond du lac, Elizabeth (Ben) Trehey of Rochester, MN, Samantha Tigert of Oshkosh; and two great grandchildren, Jake and Drew Neubauer of Fond du lac. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters. Memorial services will be held at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside on Monday September 17, 2012 at 4:00 pm with the Rev. Kelly Leary officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 pm to the time of service. A memorial has been established.
