Walter Bolle

Walter J. Bolle, 90 of Oshkosh, died Tuesday June 10, 2008 at Bethel Home. He was born in Milwaukee on June 19, 1917 a son of Anton and Marie Listel Bolle. On May 2, 1942 he married Evelyn Ann Truntz in Milwaukee.Walter had been employed by A.O. Smith in Milwaukee. He had served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Bolle of Oshkosh; a son, Rodney (Emel) Bolle of Ismer, Turkey; three daughters, Patricia (Bruce) Van Gysel of Neenah, Pamela Healy of Sheboygan, and Mary Ann (Robert) Sterling of Necedah, WI; a brother, Gilbert Bolle of Waukesha, WI; eight grandchildren, Rebecca McNamara, Jennifer Van Gysel, Janis Johansen, Nicholas Van Gysel (fiancee-Amy Bierman), Tom Healy, Jessie (Zak) De Vries, Scott Bolle, and Sharon Bolle; and seven great grandchildren. Ompa, we will miss you and we love you. Walter was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Anthony and Robert Bolle; two sisters, Margret Koepfle and Helen Terill; three sisters-in-law, Marie, Helen, and Arleen Bolle; and two brothers-in-law, Milton Koepfle and Patrick Terill.Walters memorial service will be Saturday June 14, 2008 at Noon at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service. A memorial has been established.
