Ward Irwin Newell

Ward Newell, age 74, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Azura Memory Care in Oshkosh. He was born on December 22, 1947, in Milwaukee to the late Ken and Kathryn Newell.

Ward was a truck driver for multiple companies throughout his career until his retirement.

Ward loved to be riding ATV's and later their UTV through the trails up north. Azura took him on a special trip for a UTV ride while he was a resident there. Karen and Ward spent many weekends with friends enjoying the trails and nights out for dinner and drinks. They also enjoyed many rounds of golf together. His step-grandsons thankfully will have memories of trail riding together as well.

Ward is survived by his wife, Karen Newell; son, Chad Newell; daughter, Tracy (Steven) Werner; stepdaughter, Wendy (Eric) Block; grandson: Dakota; step grandchildren: Emily (Jon) Michael, Brady, and Jacob; step great grandson: Liam; brother, Fred; step daughter-in-law, Lori McBriar. He was further preceded in death by his stepson, Brian Mc Briar.

A visitation time for Ward will take place at 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh, WI.
