Waunita Theresa Leona Kulibert

Waunita T. Kulibert, 94, of Winneconne, formerly of Oshkosh, died Wednesday November 28, 2007 at Aurora Medical Center. She was born November 13, 1913 in the Town of Poy Sippi a daughter of the late Albert and Clara Peitz Eilert. Waunita retired from Winnebago Mental Health Institute after many years of service. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and life member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary, where she was very active. Her survivors include a son-in-law Richard Amundson of Oshkosh, a granddaughter Bonnie (Jeff) Kallas of Winneconne, and many cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by a daughter Pat Amundson, a grandson Daniel Amundson, and two brothers Ervin Ike and Herb Eilert. Funeral services for Waunita will be held Saturday Dec. 1, 2007 at 1:00 PM at St. John Lutheran Church (808 N. Main St.), Rev. Joel Olsen officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Saturday from noon until the service time. Burial will be in Borth Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
