Wayne Arthur Randall

Wayne A. Randall, 74 of Milwaukee died at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee on Thursday May 1, 2008. He was born in Berlin on June 4, 1933, a son of the late Donald and Evelyn Gady Randall. Wayne married Irene Wisinski in Milwaukee on April 18, 1980.Wayne graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1952 and later graduated from the Prairie Bible Institute in Three Hills, Alberta, Canada where he completed courses of Bible and Missionary Training. He was employed at Cowan Dairy Farm in Oshkosh and after moving to Milwaukee he retired in 1997 from Briggs & Stratton Corporation. He was a farm boy at heart. Wayne enjoyed listening to Polka music, though he did not dance; loved horses, attended the Circus Parade in Milwaukee and going to the State Fair. He also collected model cars and horses. He is survived by his wife, Irene, Milwaukee; two step daughters, Sharon (Carl) Benkoe, Milwaukee; Karen (Edward) Zagorski II, Milwaukee; one brother, Charles (Julie) Randall, Neenah; one sister, Nancy (Paul) Splittgerber, Berlin; two step-grandchildren, Rainee Zagorski, Shorewood; Edward Zagorski III, Cedarburg; two step great grandchildren, Jessica and Joe Goldschmidt, Milwaukee; and a step son-in-law Michael Goldschmidt, Milwaukee. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step daughter, Charlene Goldschmidt.Funeral services will be held on Sunday May 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside led by Larry Albright. Since Wayne loved listening to Polka music the Melvin Albright Polka Band will play during the service with solos sung by Donna and Larry Albright. Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from Noon to the time of service. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
