William Charles Robinson

William C. Robinson Sr., 72, of Oshkosh died Friday Dec. 31, 2010 at Lake Shore Manor. He was born March 29, 1938 in Oshkosh a son of the late Henry and Edna Raven Robinson. Bill was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and was an Army National Guard veteran. His survivors include two daughters Sue (Howard) Danula and Kay (Jerry) Wallin; three sons Scott (Janice) Robinson, Ted (Jodi) Robinson, and Mark Robinson; three sisters Mary Robinson, Ruth Wemmer, and Margaret Quast; three brothers Richard (Shirley) Robinson, Donald Robinson, and Thomas Robinson; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by a son William Jr., two sisters Carol Jean Robinson and Darlene Van Nocker, and two brothers David and Floyd Robinson. A Funeral service for William will be held Wednesday Jan. 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Lake View Memorial Park (in the chapel), Rev. Steven Powers officiating. Visitation will be held on Wed. from noon until the service. Burial will follow the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. Williams family would like to thank the staffs at Lake Shore Manor and Heartland Hospice for all of their care given.
