William H. Brewer

William H. Brewer, 62, of Oshkosh died Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at Aurora Medical Center. He was born March 10, 1953, a son of Harold and Geneva Brewer. He married JoAnn Ruddy on August 17, 1974 in Oshkosh.Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves and had worked at Pluswood Industries for many years. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, the AMVETS, and formerly of the Town of Algoma Volunteer Fire Dept. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, dartball, his road trips, and was an avid birdwatcher.Bill is survived by his wife, JoAnn of Oshkosh; a son Gregory (Nicole) Brewer of Oshkosh; a grandson, Tripp William Brewer; and was looking forward to the birth of his granddaughter in January; a sister, Sandra (Dan) Duchatschek of Oshkosh; and several nieces, nephews, and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Brewer.A memorial service for Bill will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, Rev. Ralph Hanusa officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the service. Inurnment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial is being established to the Military Veterans Museum Inc. (4300 Poberezny Road, Oshkosh WI 54902)
