Yvonne L. Volkman

Yvonne L. Volkman, age 74, passed away at Bella Vista on Monday, December 11, 2023. She was born to the late Edwin and Cecilia (Nicholai) Wilde on November 10, 1949, in Oshkosh, WI. Yvonne married David Volkman on August 2, 1969.

Yvonne worked for 25 years at square D manufacturing and 13 years at Multicirucuits in Oshkosh.

Yvonne (the lottery lady) loved her scratch off lottery tickets and all games shows with her favorite being “The Price is Right.” She also loved happy hours down at the Lakeshore Mart.

 Yvonne is survived by her brother David (Jeanne) Retelle, sisters Diane Ratsburg and Lisa Andrews, son, Tim Volkman, daughter, Angela (Scott) Andersen.

 In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband, David.

 A service for Yvonne will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes (402 Waugoo Ave, Oshkosh) on May 10, 2024, at noon. A visitation will be held from 11AM until the time of service.

 In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.

 Yvonne was loved and made a great positive impact on everyone’s life around her. She had an infectious laugh and personality and was an excellent mother to both of her children.
